Dining Room Hours excluding Christmas and New Years
Breakfast 7:30a – 10:00a
Lunch 11:30a- 1:30p
Dinner 5:30p – 9:00p
Cocktails Served in the lobby by a warm crackling fire 5:00pm to 9:30pm. This same lobby has been enjoyed by the likes of U.S. Grant, Sir Arthur Sullivan, John Muir, Lily Langtry, and thousands more as they relaxed and rejuvenated the soul with the charm that is Wawona.
Tom Bopp on the piano livens up the picture most evenings singing vintage favorites while accompanying himself on our 1906 parlor grand. Good old music and seasonal favorites warm the heart creating a nostalgic holiday atmosphere rarely found in today’s fast paced world. Tom plays from 5:30p to 9:30p on the nights noted below except New Year’s Eve when he plays from 5p to 9p.
Friday, December 17th
2:30p Hotel opens lavishly decorated with old fashion style.
5:00 to 9:30p Wawona’s annual Tree Lighting Ceremony complete with singing, stories, drama.

Saturday, December 18th
4:00p Holiday Craft Time and Storytelling in the Sunroomin front of a warm, inviting fire. Complimentary cookies and hot chocolate served.
Tom Bopp live in the Hotel Lobby. Ask Tom to include his Vintage Ski Song Sing-Along segment. Good fun and a great way to welcome the ski season.
Sunday, December 19th
6:00p Join us in the lobby for holiday board games.

Monday, December 20st
Noon: join one of our staff for a History Tour in front of the Main Building

4:30p Winter Solstice story telling and crafts in the Sunroom
complete with a warm, inviting fire & complimentary hot cocoa.
At 8:30p Tom will launch into his special Yosemite Songs show.
What more could you ask for than a bit of history in song?
Wednesday, December 22nd
Tom Bopp at the piano and a rip roaring good bit of entertainment.
At 8:30p Tom will present a WinterClub movie short from 1930 to commerate the WinterClubs 80th Anniversary.
Ask him to set the mood with the Vintage Ski Song Sing-along - we think it would be the perfect preface to the movie.
Complimentary hot cocoa served.

2:00p Santa Claus comes to Wawona finding time in his hurried schedule for story telling and photo opportunities with the kids.
Santa Claus will present gifts (one gift per person) if brought to the front desk by 12noon. All gifts must be well labeled.
Complimentary cookies (Santa’s favorites) and hot apple cider for everybody.
