Yosemite Stargazing Tour

Glacier Point Stargazing Tour

During this summer stargazing tour, you will travel to Glacier Point via tour bus, learning about the natural and cultural history of Yosemite National Park. At the Glacier Point Amphitheater, you’ll take a trip through the night sky as you discover how to pick out constellations and hear astronomy-related stories for about 1 hour*. The program concludes with a tour bus ride back to Yosemite Valley. After the tour, the bus will stop at various Yosemite Valley destinations, including The Ahwahnee, Yosemite Lodge at the Falls, and Curry Village, to make it more convenient for those who took advantage of the free shuttle bus earlier.

Cancellation policy
Tickets may be refunded or exchanged at least 24 hours before a program. For no-shows or guest cancelations after this period, the cancelation fee is 100% of the total cost of the program. If it is over 50% cloud cover, the naturalist reserves the right to give an alternative program. We reserve the right to cancel guided tours anytime for weather, safety, and conditions. Program cancelations will occur at the program start time and not before. If lightening is visible or thunder is audible, the program will not occur for safety reasons and the guide will not go to the amphitheater to announce the cancelation. We strongly advise you not to be outside at Glacier Point in these conditions. Weather cancelations will be refunded; you can bring your untorn ticket to a tour desk for a complete refund.
