Accommodations – Room types and size of accommodations are not guaranteed. Comparable accommodations may be assigned to fit the size of your party at time of check-in.

Advance Booking Limit – You can book your arrival date a maximum of a year and one day in advance of arrival. Any arrivals that are booked beyond  366 days from the date of booking will automatically be cancelled.

Maximum stay – The maximum number of days a guest can stay in over-night lodging accommodations inside Yosemite National Park is 7 days. This includes reservations that are booked at consecutive stays in different lodging accommodations within the park. For example if you are staying four nights at Wawona Hotel and move to Curry Village for three nights you cannot stay any more nights within Yosemite National Park.

Tentative Holds – If you are not a credit card holder you can pay for your reservations by check. You must book your lodging accommodations over the phone via our central reservations office. You must book your reservations at least 30 days in advance of your arrival and we must receive a deposit by check at least 14 days from the date of booking or sooner.

Ages of Occupants – Children must be 12 years of age or younger during their stay to be considered a child. All occupants of the lodging accommodation who are 13 years or older are considered adults. Infants are 3 and under.

Number of Occupants – You must book the correct number of people into your room in order to guarantee sleeping accommodations for all of the occupants in the room. In the event that you do not request for the correct number of people we may need to split up your party into two rooms with additional charges or we may not have accommodations available for your party size at the time of check-in. Parties of 6 or more may need to book two separate rooms as there are only 8 rooms in all of Yosemite National Park that can accommodate 6-7 people in one room.

Maximum # of Rooms – The maximum number of rooms that can be held for the same stay by one party is 9. Requests for ten or more rooms for the same stay are considered a group and must book their reservations through the groups department. Please contact central reservations with requests for group bookings. If it is discovered that a guest has booked more than 9 rooms for the same stay we will contact the guest and cancel the number of rooms necessary to bring their total down to 9 rooms.

Accessibility – The majority of lodging accommodations inside Yosemite National Park are accessible to individuals with disabilities; excluding historic buildings. If you need a room that is accessible to individuals with disabilities or have specific room amenity requirements, please contact central reservations via the telephone so we can make your stay as comfortable as possible. If we are not notified of a need for a room that is accessible to individuals with disabilities in advance, we may be unable to accommodate your needs at check-in due to high demand for these rooms.

Gift Certificates – Gift certificates cannot be used as a form of payment for reservations booked on-line or over the phone. We have no way of verifying if you are a gift certificate holder therefore if you would like to use a gift certificate to pay for your accommodations you must present it at check in. We still require the first nights deposit on credit card or by check in order to hold the room. Your check or credit card will be refunded upon check in if the gift certificate value is enough to pay for your stay. Gift certificates are non-refundable and are a form of cash payment. Gift certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
