Lodging Blocks
If a lodging block is reserved, a deposit is required. This amount will be a percentage of the total nights blocked and applied to your event deposit if all reservation requirements have been satisfied. Lodging blocks are held until 45 days prior to an event. At that time any unused/unpaid rooms will be released. All cancellations must be received in writing to avoid additional penalties. If a guest cancels a room booked on your room block your master account will be charged for the room and tax for each night cancelled, unless we are able to resell the room and the hotel/property achieves 100% occupancy. Lodging rates are not guaranteed. Prepayment does not guarantee rates.
