Yosemite Accessibility
Yosemite National Park’s grand vistas and thundering waterfalls inspire people from all backgrounds and abilities. In order to make the grandeur of Yosemite accessible to as many people as possible, the park has invested in many services and facilities to accommodate visitors who have a sight, hearing or mobility disability.

Accessible rooms are available at all of the hotels, and many of the park’s more popular sites can be viewed from a car or bus. The free shuttle busses and most of our bus tours are wheelchair accessible and audio alternatives are available where possible. You can even make reservations for a limited number of mobility scooters, wheelchairs, hand bikes or a tandem bike for visually impaired guests.

New ADA projects are continually being developed. Download a complete accessibility guide from the National Park Service for the most current listing of services and facilities. If you have more questions, contact the park service at yose_accessibility@nps.gov or (209) 379-1035, or DNC directly at (209) 372-1081.
