Chef Dwayne McFann has been with Delaware North Company since their arrival in Yosemite National Park in 1993. Chef McFann is the Executive Chef of the Wawona Hotel in Yosemite. He brings a vast amount of culinary knowledge and experience with him to Wawona through his many years of cooking.
Chef McFann graduated from the Le Cordon Bleu Culinary program through the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco and also holds the Certification level of Chef de Cuisine through the Local American Culinary Federation Chapter.
Chef Dwayne firmly believes that you have to put “the love” into every dish. By adding “the love” you are giving Guests the best culinary experience possible.
