Wawona® Dining Room

Wawona Dining Room
The Wawona Dining Room is well-known for its culinary excellence. Chef Robert’s cuisine features an array of seasonal specialties as well as traditional favorites, including Pot Roast, fresh Trout and a sumptuous grilled Flat Iron Steak.  And, your stay at Wawona will not be complete until you sample this Yosemite's restaurant's signature, award-winning White Turkey Chili (lunch only), which has  been featured in three cookbooks and on the National Turkey Federation website.

The Wawona Dining Room itself is traditional Victorian, but with a rustic flare. Hand-painted hanging lights, featuring pictures of giant sequoias, are strung with small sequoia cones and cast a warm glow throughout the room. On warm summer nights, the veranda, which is adjacent to the dining room, is a classic spot to enjoy Wawona's sumptuous fare. Cocktails can be enjoyed by the fireplace, on the veranda, in the beautiful Guest Lounge and on the lawn while relaxing in one of the inviting Adirondack chairs.

When the hotel is open, the Wawona Dining Room serves breakfast, lunch and dinner daily. Classic western-style outdoor barbeques take place in summer on Saturday evenings and special Sunday brunch menus are offerend for select holidays such as Mother's Day and Easter . Seating is first come, first serve.  For parties of six or more, reservations are accepted.  To make your Yosemite restaurant reservation, please call (209) 375-1425.
