Featuring a number of America's most innovative and acclaimed chefs, this series of culinary exhibitions provides a showcase for the fascinating range of styles, personalities and emerging trends that characterize the American cuisine scene. Yosemite's Chefs' Holidays, held each year in January and February, take place at The Ahwahnee® with two- and three-day packages available at both The Ahwahnee and Yosemite Lodge at the Falls.

Each Chefs' Holiday features a "Meet the Chefs" reception, cooking demonstrations, behind-the-scenes kitchen tours and a fabulous five-course Gala Dinner. The Ahwahnee provides the ideal setting to learn the secrets and techniques that helped our guest chefs reach the pinnacle of their profession.
