Ice Skating Rink

The ice rink is open for the season (conditions permitting)

A tradition in Yosemite since the 1930s, the Ice Rink at Curry Village is the perfect outdoor setting for winter recreation in Yosemite. We have even been ranked as one of the top 10 ice-skating rinks in the country, by Budget Travel. Tucked beneath the majestic forms of Half Dome, and Glacier Point, skaters can also enjoy the warmth of an outdoor fire ring. Supplies for making smores, or hot drinks are available inside the store.

Ice Skating Times and Sessions

The Curry Village Ice Rink is open from mid-November until early March, conditions permitting, for 2.5 hour sessions.

Weekends and Holidays
8:30am – 11:00am
12:00pm – 2:30pm
3:30pm – 6:00pm
7:00pm – 9:30pm

Weekdays
12:00pm – 2:30pm *Special Holiday sesson 12/21/09 - 1/3/10 only
3:30pm – 6:00pm
7:00pm – 9:30pm

The ice rink is also available for private parties on weekdays.
