Go Climb A Rock
This introduction to rock climbing is designed to be everyone's first climbing class. Learn the basics, do a bunch of climbing and rappelling, up to 60 feet high. "Go Climb a Rock" with the Yosemite Mountaineering School! The maximum ratio for this class is 6 students per instructor.

Crack Climbing
This is our second class, with more information and different climbing, but not much harder. Learn crack climbing, basic protection and simple anchors. Do a bunch of climbing and rappelling. This class is a great way to bridge the outdoor gap for climbers who learned in a climbing gym. The maximum ratio for this class is 5 students per instructor. Price depends on group size. $118 each with 3 or more people.
Anchoring
The third class in our series should be required for all climbers, especially anyone aspiring to someday climb on their own. This class is also valuable for helping you evaluate your partners' technical abilities. This is an intensive anchoring class covering top-rope and more advanced anchors, with more advanced climbing techniques covered as well. Strong anchoring skills is fundamental to climbing safety. The maximum ratio for this class is 5 students per instructor. Price depends on group size. $118 each with 3 or more people.
Leading/Multi-Pitch Climbing
It's time to leave the ground. This introduction to leading and multi-pitch climbing covers techniques used to 'get the rope up there' and continue past one rope length. We will cover multi-pitch climbing and rappelling techniques. The leading instruction includes orchestrating the pitch, protection for the leader, protection for the follower, aid moves and leading strategies. Another essential class for anyone starting to climb on their own. The maximum ratio for this class is 3 students per instructor, so it costs a bit more. Price depends on group size. $140 each with 3 people.
Self-Rescue/Aid Climbing
This class is for climbers with experience who want to increase their options and their safety. All climbers should take a self-rescue class, even just for occasional practice, but this class is important for all of your climbing partners too. Learn and practice many handy and versatile, state of the art techniques. Price depends on group size. $118 each with 3 or more people.
