Young Lakes to Mt. ConnessThis three-day trip starts with a fairly level, about 8-mile hike to Young Lakes below Mt. Conness. Day 2 ascends Mt. Conness for sweeping views of the Tuolumne region and the Mono Basin – no ropes are required. A climb of Ragged Peak and side trips to Roosevelt Lake are also possibilities here.
Cost: $300 per person, with 4 or more in the group. (We can combine individuals to form groups.) Rates include permits and backpacking meals as well as use of our tents, stoves and water filters.

Tuolumne Meadows to Yosemite Valley
This four-day trip is our most popular. Journey from Tuolumne to Booth Lake over Vogelsang Pass to Merced Lake then on to Yosemite Valley. A rest day at Merced Lake offers opportunities for day hikes, fishing, and swimming. Stronger groups may attempt a Half Dome ascent.

Clouds Rest Trip
Hike the narrow ridge of Clouds Rest and enjoy spectacular views of Half Dome and the Valley floor on this three-day journey from Tenaya Lake down to Yosemite Valley.

Buena Vista Lake Trip
Our Buena Vista Lake trip is designed to be a relatively casual backcountry excursion so you can stop and smell the flowers. This trip will pass through Turner Meadows, one of the best wildflower areas in Yosemite. We will continue on to the beautiful and charming Buena Vista Lake. A scramble to the summit of Buena Vista Peak is possible and you will experience stunning views of the Clark Range.
