Nordic Holiday Races at Yosemite

Classic Race start 2007
38th Annual Nordic Holiday Race

Badger Pass celebrates cross-country skiing each year with their fabulous Nordic Holiday Race. The two day event includes an 18K classic, downhill telemark and 38K free-style events.  Whether you´re a competitive XC skier, or just someone who´d like to meet other XC skiers, stop by and join in the fun.

Registration: $40 registration fee for all three races includes 1/2-day lift ticket and evening awards party ($30 until 2/9/09)

2010 Nordic Holiday Race Information

Race Dates: February 20 and 21

Saturday

Classic Race - a fun friendly 18K classic race, open to everyone, with a prize for best costume.
Race Registration: 8:30am - 10am
Race Starts: 10:30am
Telemark Race - Telemark through the gates for time. It´s all down hill on this race, and the real goal is to have fun.
Register ahead of time with the Race Organizers.
Race starts: in the afternoon on the NASTAR course. 

Sunday

Glacier Point and Back "Freestyle" Race - 38km skate race to spectacular Glacier Point and back!
Race Registration: 8 - 8:30am
Race Starts: 9:00am

Awards Parties
Awards parties are held Saturday and Sunday evening with a raffle on Saturday.
