Access PeopleManager through the Associate Service Center

) or by clicking on the Apply via PeopleManager button below.
Navigate to the PeopleManager link at the left and log in.
Your user ID can be obtained by contacting your local HR office or by calling the Associate Service Center. Your user ID will allow you to access PeopleManager to take advantage of the system- Employee Self Service (ESS) functionality. This functionality includes: applying for positions at DNC locations, requesting name changes, updating addresses, phone numbers, email address, and emergency contact information. You can also set-up direct deposit, change your direct deposit information, make changes to your W-4 and view your paycheck. Your original password was set to your birth date and last 4 digits of your Social Security number.
Your initial password uses the following format: MMDDYYYYXXXX
MM = the 2-digit value of the month in which you were born (01 through 12)
DD = the 2-digit value of the date on which you were born (01 through 31)
YYYY = the 4-digit value of the year in which you were born
XXXX = the LAST 4 digits of your Social Security Number
If you are unsure of your User ID or have any questions, please contact our Human Resources Office. If you did not log in within 30 days of receiving your arrival password, you will have to have your password reset by the Associate Service Center, unless you set up a Security Question. Please call 877-936-2272 – then navigate the phone tree by pressing 7 and 7.
Set up Your Security Question
We recommend that after you get into the system to set up a Security Question and make sure your email address is in the system. Once you have logged into People Manager, go to “Main Menu”, “My System Profile”. Click on “Change or Set Up Forgotten Password” and Choose a Security Question and answer. If not already there, also add your personal email address at the bottom of the page. This will allow the system to send you an email notification if you ever forget your password information.
Once you are logged into PeopleManager to see open Career Opportunities, go to: Main Menu (located in the grey bar at the top) >> Self Service >> Recruiting Activities >> Careers
You can then use the advanced search box and select the position by the Job Opening ID or search by location - CA - Yosemite National Park. Note: for advanced posting please select Find Jobs posted within "Anytime".
• In order to qualify for applying for an opportunity with the company, the Associate must have a minimum of 6 months in his/her current position and must be in good standing (performance rating of Achieving or higher, with no active corrective counseling on file for the past 12 months).
• The associate is expected to discuss his/her application with his/her manager, unit level GM/Director and local HR representative (if applicable) prior to applying. When an associate applies via Employee Self Service, his/her manager will receive an automatic email notification of his/her application.
